At Magica, your satisfaction is very important to us. We take great pride in the quality of our hair care products and want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer an easy 15-day return and exchange policy.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
• You must contact us within 15 days of delivery.

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products such as hair serums, oils, or masks.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

2. Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos of the item if applicable.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

• If you’d like to exchange your item for another product, please mention your preferred replacement when contacting support.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
